Appointment Policies

  1. Late Policy: I have a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late, it is your job to call/text and give me a heads up. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost.

  2. No additional guests: For the safety and comfort of salon guests, it is best to keep your appointment time just for you.

  3. No call/no show: If you do not contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up on your scheduled date and time of said appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, and will be required to put down a deposit in order to schedule future appointments.

  4. Cancellations: Your scheduled appointment is very important to me, it is reserved specifically for you. I understand that schedules change and things come up, however, when a last minute cancellation happens it prevents me from having the amount of time necessary to fill that spot. I require a 24-48 hour cancellation notice. Please make changes to your appointment within 48 hours to avoid charges. If you cancel within 24 hours you’ll be charged 50% of the service cost, and if you cancel day of, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  5. Credit card: A credit card is required to book an appointment with me. By booking an appointment and placing a card on file you are agreeing with all of the above.

  6. Customer Satisfaction: I want you to love your hair, if you are having any trouble with it after your visit, simply reach to me. If you reach out to me with in 7 days of your visit, I will be more than happy to correct whatever is not working. In the event that you have your hair adjusted by anyone else or even yourself, this guarantee will be void. And you will be responsible for the costs of the adjustment.
